Working a media event in LA this week and we're set-up next to the Maradyne guy. I was going to replace my vibrating ebay 14" puller (bad idea, but it worked for two years) with the Viper, but saw this set-up and decided to go this route.
Maradyne Dual 11

He recommended not running both through the same relay, so I'm going to pick up another adjustable thermostatic Hayden controller from O'Reilly's this weekend.

I'll take some pics of the install and place in the garage.

What's your reason to get that over say... a Flex-a-lite?

I've seen problems with the Flex-a-Lite controllers on other trucks. I've fixed a couple 180s for buddies by installing a Hayden controller (shsuII and one of my neighbors). I'm the only one in Mopar land I know of that's had issues with these, but I have heard a handful of GM truck guys that have had the same problem. Don't know if the Maradyne will do any better, but it looks like a nice set up and will pull plenty of air - worth a shot.

That's cool. Just curious since the 180 pulled more cfm, and draws less amps. Looks like this Maradyne may have more surface coverage, and doesn't need to pull as much cfm. Yer right, worth a shot!

Haven't found one. Been finding Mk8 fans all day long for $40-$50, but me and electronics aren't to close of friends. And I haven't seen anyone do a write-up on one to know what I'm doing with it.

Must've missed that... but now that you mention it, I remember seeing a Viper e-fan on Moe's. Thanks!
