Edge just came out with this programmer but it only for the 07 has anyone used this yet? Edge Evolution 2007 Dodge 1500 Hemi

35hp and 70tq? That's pretty signficant, it's gotta be by disabling/reducing that lost to torque mgmt. I'd like to see the dyno. Don't know anyone using one; not sure why it would only be offered for the '07s. I thought the '04-up were pretty much the same.

The 2007+ PCM is different than the 04-06's and took Super Chips awhile to give us the complete tuning in fact just finished it at the end of Dec. I know that MSD owns Edge and Superchips I wonder if they will offer the other years. One cool thing I noticed in the manual I read online is that having a lot of the same diagnostics as the DashHawk. There is an knock sensor alert if you are detonating and can tune-down until you get more octane or adjust your timing down COOL.

Yeah, it seemed pretty similar to the DH on the diagnostic end. Really cool piece! I didn't know Edge was part of MSD - very interesting.

I'd bet they do come out with one for the '04 - '06. That's a lot of trucks.

i dont think it has any control over the tranny/shift point/shift firmness/tire sizes/ect though...

I had one on my 04 CTD (piggyback style), and loved it. Good product, even better customer service and support.

Talked to a guy who has one and said that it does have adjustable shift points also has five performance levels from stock to extreme. Has an indicator to tell you when MDS is on.
