Yup, have the same issue with my 08' Charger. Wonder if it's the NC air??? Actually have several issues I'm trying to track down on this thing. None are showing codes. It does the surging, under light throttle. When ripping from a dead stop (traction control off) it boggs down big time going into 2nd. Also seems very unpredictable on accelleration from a stop (always with traction control off). Sometimes it will tear as the Mopar Gods intended and other times just bogs down like it's on 2 cylinders...
